Blende is the brainchild of veteran television makeup artist Keira Karlin who for the past 28 years has been custom blending celebrities to suit their exact skin tones. Karlin dreamed of being able to offer this to every woman. “Each woman is unique and their makeup should be as well”. Blende Custom Makeup and Skincare was created out of her desire to build a luxurious makeup and skincare studio that offers a full line of custom makeup and skincare blended on the spot.

KEIRA KARLIN

Celebrity Makeup Artist and Esthetician, Keira Karlin has spent over two decades working in the television and film industry on shows such as The BlackList, Boardwalk Empire, The Affair, Blue Bloods, Person of Interest, Law and Order SVU, Are We There Yet? and Saturday Night Live. Her artistry, personality and extraordinary work ethic have afforded her an extensive client list; including Debra Messing, Lucy Liu,President Bill Clinton, Harrison Ford and Kevin Costner to name just a few.
Keira has developed a reputation for flawless makeup applications and has been a member in good standing of the Makeup Artists Union Local 798 since 1997.

In addition to continuing her TV career as a Celebrity Makeup Artist, Keira created Blende in downtown Westfield NJ. Her vision is making a custom makeup and skincare studio to cater to everyone, because why buy off the shelf when you can have your makeup and skincare customized to you!
