(Products may be returned if unopened and unused) Services received can not be refunded. Gift cards are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, Custom-created Makeup and Skincare.

We pride ourselves on providing you with our very best custom work and unparalleled service however if you purchase a custom-created product and decide after a few days that you are not satisfied with the product please feel free to come back within 7 days of purchase so we can have the opportunity to reformulate for you.
